Summer is well and truly here – is it time for Greene Ice Cream to break out the whipped cream chargers? Or should we going a bit more traditional?
We are having a dilemma because we aren’t sure about the insulating properties of the whipped cream chargers – on the one hand they should give you a bit more time to eat your perfect ice cream – but then you have to take into account the fact that the nitrous oxide is going to warm up the whole planet – which makes the notion of ice cream insulation a little bit pointless? So who do you care about more? Yourself or the rest of the planet? Or are you not even interested in a whipped cream topping anyway?
The picture shows an ice cream upon ice cream pile-up so to add a further layer whipped cream to this would make it into a three-way – which is perhaps a bit too much for most people to handle! So perhaps go for the bowl – so the drips at least don’t make their way down your arm and onto your elbow – nobody wants a sticky elbow on a hot summer’s day now do they?
